ER Doctor can't get my bowels moving

I have tried vegetable laxatives, fiber pills, eating lots of green {fruits&veggies},lots of water & gatorade, senna, miralax,fleet enemas, glycerin suppositories, colace, and maybe a few other OTC meds. NOTHING WORKS. I am taking Enulose and Ducolax. I was prescribed this after an ER visit. I told them I was prescribed methadone 5 years ago as a maitenence program for an addiction to opiates. I have tiny, hard bowel movements  3 times a week. I had an x-ray  and the Dr. noticed a mass in my stomach. I would try taking 2-4 senna a day along with the maxium of colace nothing helped. I haven't had a bowel movement that was normal or even diarrhea since the methadone was started. I looked pregnant after the first year I could have passed as 3 months along. I weighed 137 and 139 when I went into labor with both of my kids. 110-120 pounds normally. Now I weigh 175 and its all in my stomach.People ask if I am pregnant. I look exactly like I did at 9 months. I tried to take my 140mg a day dose down 15 mg ever since then I have had severe abdominal pain. I think I have been masking the problem. Since then I have had severe abdominal cramps, trouble urinating, and nasuea. I tried a bunch of stuff no results. I finally went to the ER. I told them my history.Sometimes rectal bleeding occurs during bowel movements. He asked if I came out because my stomach has gotten so big. He did a rectal exam. I had nothing in there probably because the suppositories. They drew my blood, gave me a urinalyisis,did x-rays, and did an enema.They had me sit on the toilet. No results. They gave me a script and sent me on my way. After I went home only results were colored water. I woke up that morning started the Generlac, ate a fiber supplement, and used a Ducolax Suppository. Ten minutes later I had 2 bowel movements soft. Then nothing except a bloody piece. Would an x-ray show a partial blockage. I have done the fiber, Ducolax, and Generlac 3 more times and had no results. What do I do
