Multiple pains torso formerly vibrant senior

My 85 yo mother in law has been very healthy and strong up until the last year.  During this year she has complained of pain in various locations throughout her torso.

Testing has diagnosed the following:
VIDA scan showed minimally functioning gallbladder with no stones.
MRI showed compression fracture in lower back.
X ray showed cracked rib.

Subsequent xray after fall shows significant healing of both compression and rib fracture.

Chronic constipation, weight loss, 4 hemoroids with painful bleeding episodes
Chronic UTI drug resistant ecoli

For the last few weeks she has had a productive cough with yellow sputum and no fever.  Is there any possibility that this respiratory sympton could be related to Gallbladder inflamation (inflammation) or orthopedic problems?
