Stomach Infection

Im So Confused Right Now.. Summer Of 2009 I Started Having Bathroom Problems Having To Go Diarrhea Alot.. I Would Be On My Way Somewhere And Have To Run To A Gas Station And Use The Bathroom. I Went To A Dr And I Thought I Had Symptoms Of Tapeworm, But The Doctor Tested My Blood And Stool And Said Nothing Of Tapeworm Was Found. I Had An H.Pylori Test And It Came Out Fine. The Thing I Started Thinking Was I Had Irritable Bowel Syndrome. But A Few Months Later I Didnt Have To Run To The Bathroom Before.. Now It Feels Like My Intestines Are Swollen, Its Hard For Me To Go To The Bathroom, And When I Do Its Really Small, But I Go More Then I Use To. Im Also Having Alot Of Mucus Come Out To. Im Wondering If I Have Some Type Of Infection, My Stomach Always Looks and Feels Bloated, And I Have Gas All The Time. Im Only 26/Male. Someone Please Let Me Know What You Think. Thanks!
