Stomach Problem?!

Hello again,
   Made a post a few weeks back with the possibility of having UC because of Clindamycin but was worried it was something else. I went to my doctor and he ordered stool tests and blood work as well as an xray of my stomach. Test came back negative for "C DIFF" which he initially thought it was and put me on flagyl for 10 days just in case. But he called me today concerned and ordered another blood test and xray of my stomach. The first xray showed that my stomach was full of **** to put it plainly... This xray showed the same thing after 6-7 days or so, but there was not as much down around the pelvic region. Also he stated that my liver enzyme count came back a bit high. any ideas what this could be?
