Thank you for your reply I know I need to see a doctor for this its just really embarrassing. But now that I am pregnant I know I have to do so to ensure the health of my baby. Just don't know where to start I don't even have a family doctor at the time.

First of all, you cannot self diagnose in this sort of situation. Because you cannot see how much of your body is actually effected it is best to consult your doctor. Ask to see a GI specialist. Where I'm from this is covered, so I hope you are as well. Family doctors don't specialize in anything. They know a little about a lot of things while specialists focus on one thing and practice it.. So someone who follows the disease would actually be able to help you.
You need blood work done to see how your nutrients and vitamins are sitting. As well as to see what the inflammatory markers are in your body.
You need a colonoscopy.
