whats wrong

MY Daughter has lower stomach pain (been in hospital a few times suspected appendix) constipation/diarrhea she is tired all the time and often sleeps during the day. Has had some weight gain and bloating. She is deficient of vit B12 and is anaemic.
She has had MRI scans  ovarian scans and endoscopy  which are all clear although the endoscopy needs doing again as they had to stop due to her pain. They think she may have Cronhs Do you have any ideas as im not sure thanks

Hi there!

It would be difficult to comment just based on the symptoms. It tests so far including colonoscopy and MRI have been negative, it is unlikely for it to be crohn’s though it could still be a possibility. I would suggest discussing the situation in detail with your gastroenterologist.
