I don't know where to go with this. I like what these two guys are saying and it sounds big and tough. I mean, it kind of looks like we are going about this all by our lonesome. (Not so new...) Where are the other countries and where do they stand on the humanitarian efforts, the womens rights efforts and not to mention the beheadings?

Yes it is, but we are not allowed to talk about that. This is a direct result of our own making. These people are a spin off of al quaida....We leave and another springs eternal.....And that will always be the case which is why I support the efforts to build an international coalition to take this on. I think the president is doing exactly the right thing and I agree with Mike. You would think, at times such as these that people would lay their partisan politics aside and join the ranks of being united as a nation and standing together.....

We certainly don't need continued wishy-washy leadership. As I no longer have any respect for our presidents leadership (at a 40% approval rating obviously I'm not alone) neither does the rest of the world.
IMO many of the current world events are a direct result of the presidents failure in foreign affairs.

It suits your selfish opportunistic motives as it does all of the republican detractors. Why would you support the President and clothe him with a sense of a unified front when you can debase him and emasculate him on the global stage - well maybe not you but your republican ilk. I think opportunistic creeps like Peter King and his buddies should be seen for what they are - disloyal treasonous political hacks. How can they scream and cry about what a real threat ISIS is and then work so hard to deme grate our President thereby mitigating his credibility on the world stage? It's easy to take pot shots at Obama when no one throwing the stones has one idea about what should be done.
I am disgusted by this nonsense. If ISIS Is really a serious threat then we should support our President 100%. Anything else is just stupid!

Obama is doing the nato thing right now trying to build up a coalition for this very thing. He also wants congress in on the decision making on this. One thing for sure is it will not happen overnight and we will be looking at quite a few years down the road on this venture. I hear that ISIL has about half of Iraq and half of Syria as well.
If you can get past all the rhetoric and media ratings games and listen to the individual players instead of the interpretations of what is said, its pretty clear things are being done. I still want the individual that used the knife on our guys to be found and dealt with asap. Im sure they are aware of who he is by now and plotting his demise. (I hope)
