Outright lie, is it not? Would be if anyone else said it... like a republican.
So obama claimed all but 10 percent was due to some other faction right? He got 4 pinnochios, lowest rating for saying that and they estimate he is responsible for more than 17 percent? LOL okay I will agree with that.
