I interpret that to mean Obama might lose some of his coveted power, which would certainly be grounds to grab the veto pen...
Good. Right after that he should straighten out congress on their benefits. Compare the two groups and their respective benefits package (including pay) and turn that ship around too. No way should congress have better benefits.
