The idiot in the van played a part and should be held responsible for her part in this.  The cop was an idiot.  He knew there were other people in that van.  Oh, the 14 year old kick should be charged with something as well.... I don't care how dumb a cop may seem, you don't try to attack a cop.

  Even though I don’t believe he was firing into a van full of kids like the media wants me to believe, he was firing at the tires, which still put them in danger. I went to a Firing Range Friday and was reminded (and embarrassed) of just how far off the mark a bullet will go because of a simple “flinch”. I don’t care how good you are with a pistol, sooner are later you’re going to flinch. He could easily have ricocheted one off the pavement, into the van, and struck a child. I agree that the officer should have been fired. If there were no one else in the van but the driver, I couldn’t care less if he shot at the tires.

I wish more charges were filed against the Idiot that was driving the Van. All she had to do was take the ticket and leave. I hold her just as guilty as he was for putting their lives in danger.
