oral sugary teeth extracted woke up with a broken nose how does this happen?

Hello I had went for my wisdom teeth to be removed and 3 others that had gone bad while I was pregnant.i went in to see the oral surgeon everything seemed ok I singed the papers next thing I know I’m waking up and there waking me out to my boyfreind they gave him my discharge papers and have him extra gauze if they needed to be changed.so we go home I lay down take some tylonal and put ice on my face and go to sleep. Well I wake up later that night with a bloody nose and a black eye my hole entire face was killing me I go to my boyfriend I ask him why do I have a black Eye what is going on he said it started brusing earlier but you where asleep and I didn’t want to bother u about it he figure with them pulling the teeth out maybe my face just brused due to the trauma I said well yea it’s pissible. The next morning I wake up in horrible horrible pain in my face it’s just getting worse from my mouth killing me with pain and also I felt like I had a really bad sinus infection well that day was vary rough for me i did everything I could to keep the pain away and just slept the day away that night I woke up and I just couldn’t keep anything down I could not stop puking and puking and puking! From 9 at night until 6 am I wa s shaking I was eaither  vary cold or really really hot at this time my entire face is horrible horribly swollen I didn’t even look like the same person he say were going to the er we go to the er and the doctor asks what happened and just the basic question well I tell him everything and he says why do u have a black eye I said I woke up that night after the sugary with it he said what!?! He ask does anything els on ur face hurt besides ur mouth I said yes my nose I feel like I have the sorest sinus infection imaginable he asked did ur nose bleed at all I said yes I woke up and it was bleeding he said I think u may have a broken nose of course I freak out he ordered a ct and came back and said yes ur nose is broke and u need to call that surgeon ASAP we’ll the er doc puts me on aintibotics and pains meds and refurs me to a specialist for my nose. Well when I finally got home I called the office of where the sugary took place I said I had oral sugary I told them everything that happened and they said ok well the soonest we can get you in is in a week I set up the appointment but now I’m scared to even have him around me he never put me on aintiboics never gave me anything for the pain and on top of that he broke my nose!!!! And never told me anything I don’t know what to do. Do I find need to follow up with a diffrwnt dentist should I still confront him about what is going on should I seek leagal help and advise would be greatly appreciated
