Bone Graft

by Jadevon, Dec 05, 2007 11:07AM
i had  lost  a  lower left  molar due  to injury and  I had an implant  done.  The gum on the cheek side of the implant kept getting infected and the dentist suggested that a bone graft  be done as there was a pocket  at the site  causing  the infection.  I had the bone graft done  5 days ago  but I am still feeling pain. How  long after a bone graft  should I still be feeling pain?.  Should I have the implant removed  and bone graft done over  if this graft  fails. i cannot deal with the repeated infections due to the pocket at the implant site
