Can you eat cotton candy with braces?
yea cottn candy is ok to eat....just give a good brushing after!!
good way to remember things NOT while wearing braces....anything that ends in O
cheetos,fritos,doritos,nachos things like that.....dont bite into an apple, or hard candy, they say no chicken wings or ribs because the bone will break the brackets (but who can resist those?!?)
just be careful....and im just you will break a bracket or two while you have them on, its normal =)

Yeah I did! I broke rules with out breaking anything! Not caremel that's the only thing I didn't eat

Corn nuts, gum, gummy bears, gummy anything, licorice, popcorn, and similar possibly crunchy or chewy things, theoretically no....but I did! And the only thing I ever broke anything on was bread.
The most important thing to keep in mind with braces is proper dental hygiene. If you don't get one of those pipe cleaner things to pick food out from behind the brackets and wires then you will develop pits in the enamel there, and those pits will stain, so if you aren't careful with the cleaning, your teeth will be stained and pitted when you get your braces of and then you'll wish you had a few thousand dollars for veneers.
