Death of teeth

I had a 4 tooth bridge made. The bridge was loose for over ten days and flopping on one tooth when I ate or talked.
The dentist was unavailable. When I returned for a follow up I told the assistant it was loose and she said no and sent me home. I finally had to go to another dentist to have it placed until the bridge was ready. All three of the teeth died within 3 months. I became very ill for months and now the Doctor is saying it was most likely from my teeth.
Could a bacteria kill exposed teeth like this? Will be having a colonosopsopy to get bio and etc.
