Denture Advice

I need dentures and I am worried about it. Cost is very important for me seeing how I am a single mom of 3. I was needing to know what other people's personal experiences are with dentures at a young age. (I am only 23) I am worried about people knowing and how they are going to act. I am also worried about how they pull out your teeth. Can they pull them out the same day and that way you don't have to walk around without teeth? I found a place that will make both plates for 370.00 and you will get them the same day. But I am also worried about if I will have to relearn to eat and talk. Please give me some advice.

Try to save your remaining teeth as many as possible. Full denture certainly yields maximal esthetics. However, matscatory function of full denture is only 15-30 %  of natural teeth. One day denture can be done pretty well, if you are treated by highly competent prosthodontist and very good lab support.

Are dental schools good for doing dentures or dental implants? I was thinking about getting the dental implants because they will look more natural. But I don't know if there are any schools in Wichita Kansas and if they are cheap and do good work.
