Donk know how to get help!!

hi, I have very bad upper teeth, atleast 6 of them from the center out. some are broken down to gum level (where the gum has regrown over) and some are partly broken but rotten and black. It affects me in everyday life, i dont like to talk to people and im embarressed about them. Im also unemployed because of it, I havnt been to a dentist since i was 13 years old and i am now 29 (im extremly scared). My wife has  tried phoning all our local dentists (atleast 10 of them) but they are not taking on, and ive been told if I go to my local dentist hospital (Heath Hospital Cardiff) they will only see me as a emergency which means they will only pull out the teeth causing the pain, and not sort out my problem. I WISH and HOPE I can get my upper teeth extracted (under general anesthetic) all at the same time, so that I can be fitted with dentures. Is this something my doctor can arrange for me as this causes alot of depression.  PLEASE REPLY, MANY THANKS.

have you tried afforable dentures they have really low prices and will pull all teeth at one time and put dentures in that afternoon

Have you contacted your local dental society?  Sorry, I'm based in the US so I'm not as familiar with the dental system in the UK.  If there is a local dental society, they may be able to direct you to some type of service or volunteer dental program where they may be able to provide some services for you.
