so this sounds like you still have a baby tooth and your getting your permenant tooth now. you need to go see the dentist the only way they can tell is a xray darling. but my brother had this problem, we had braces and he got his off and then all of a sudden he got an adult tooth and had to get braces again!..... we usually get our 3rd molars between ages 17-21 and sometimes even after. dont freak out, just sounds like you had an extra tooth and now it coming in, but i would deff go to dentist and get that xray because you dont want anything to shift your teeth, and if you have a new tooth coming in that will happen.
Sorry for not being more specific, but I meant it is growing in DIRECTLY above my last molar. Just like how an adult tooth would grow in above a baby tooth. The side of the new molar is protruding a bit from my gums above it.
no just sounds like you had another impacted tooth in the gums.( it happens i had 40 teeth and we are only supposed to have 32 at the most) if your in no pain i wouldnt worry about it. they only way for them to tell you whats going on is to go get an xray, then the dentist will be able to tell you if it coming in straight or if there are any problems with that tooth. dont be scared of the dentist just the prices!... but of you have insurance, most of them cover it once or twice a year!
