I can't afford dental care for myself, and all the places for assistant are filled with high waiting list. Is there any assistant out her for the uninsured?

Where are you located? Have you tried contacting your local dental society for emergency treatment such as a free clinic? Possibly your pastor/reverend or other religious leader? There are many ways to find affordable or free treatment but its not always obvious how to find it.
