Help! Blook clot fell out after extraction

Hi...I had a mad panic in the night when I noticed  bleeding in my mouth. Got up to find blood pouring out and a huge red thing hanging down the inside of my cheek...after looking on the Web I realised it was a blood clot ..huge!
Had tooth taken out 3 1/2 days before, and two implants fitted.
Blood felt as though it was gushing out so bit on a clean damp flannel  (only thing to hand)...and went back to bed. Awoke and removed flannel, blood clot came away...no pain, no bleeding, but not sure whether I should do anything. Am on antibiotics anyway, but worried about dry socket. Thought maybe because I had had quite a bit of bleeding a new clot may form? Also, I had  been experiencing a bit of a sort of pressure sensation before, which caused pain. This has now gone completely.....should I rinse today?
