How to take care of teeth without medicines.

I am asking this question due to the lot's of people facing complications after medical procedure and medicines. So please share tips about how to take care of our teeth without taking chemical related stuff.

Yes, I agree. Oral health depends on oral hygiene. The more you take care of it the better. But in there arises a situation when you have to consult a dentist then it is advisable that you consult at the earliest because leaving any such problem leads to the problem getting bigger and infecting one teeth after the other.

Proper implementation of oral hygiene is the best strategy to maintain dental health. Unless special condition dictates, no special medicine required.
