Small Bump

I have a small bump on my lower right corner of my mouth more ride side cheek... i dont for how long just noticed it last night it doesnt hurt or itch or burn but its noticable if i wiggle it with my tongue... it appears to be like a clear color or same as my cheek and has small red almost like tiny blood spots idk... what could this be???
