Loose gum tissue in cavity

I need help. Many years ago I had a cavity, I had got a root canal and filling, we'll a few years later the filling broke, and then the tooth broke. I never got it fixed due to financial hardship. Now there is like loose gum tissue, almost like a cyst that'd really scarring me. Any ideas how I can cut it out? I have attached a picture. http://imgur.com/z9Wibcn

No idea.

This is why you need a dentist to examine it.

Don't even think about cutting it out yourself.

You need URGENT dental attention.

If you cannot afford a dentist, find out if there a training college for dentists near you.  You may find information in the phone book or on the web.

Not sure it this would be an ER visit.  But they would be able to tell if you have an infection and need an antibiotic.

At home gargle with salty water and spit it out.

You need URGENT dental attention.
