My jaw bone infection is from 1 year? is it curable by medicine or surgery of bone is required?

Sir i have a lower Jaw bone infection which is from one year. A doctor a year ago performed endodontic surgery in my lower jaw and removed infected tissue and bone in my lower four teeth. But infection again developed resulting in Jaw bone infection. I want to ask whether one year infection in bone can be cured with medicine and is clindamycin best for it or there is surgery required to remove the dead and infected bone. I will be thankful if any one guide me and God will help you in the time of need.
Those who help humanity. God loves them. Thanx

why u dont extract these 4 teeth if the infection is because of them.i was also having too much pain in my lower four teeth.and my dentist said me the same condition u will face in future if u dont extract ur teeth.i think it is because of ur teeth.is the pain is in wisdom tooth.....i really dont know about this that what is jaw bone infection.....but yes if ur dentist is saying yhen u should go with ur dentist.because medicine is not proper treatment.......after some time infection will develop again....
