Hi there,
I got a teeth filling replaced 3 weeks ago or so. Then there was major pain right afterwards with major headache. I went back to the dentist and he said it is normal to have pain after white fillings and he told me to take advil. However, the pain did not go away and I went back to him.. Last week he put some type of a coating (honey like material in terms of looks) on the tooth. However, the weird itching pain is still there. Also I got a fever over the weekend along with more headach, right after I went back to him. The pain is still there on and off. However, I just realized while eating an orange that the area of the tooth hurts. You know when you have a sore throat and eat an orange or have lemon juice your throat hurts? It hurt like that when I had an orange!
What do you guys think? Maybe infection of the gums? Pulp exposed? I still have a headache and weird pain. The pain comes with or without food.
