Painful burn on floor of mouth.

Okay this question will sound like I am a ridiculous human being, but here it goes.

Two nights ago I swished 3% hydrogen peroxide in my mouth for about 13 minutes.  The floor of my mouth and part of the underside of my tongue seem to be very burned.  It hurts and there are parts that are white.  Am I alright and what should I do?

It shouldn't...it may take a while to go away, but it should return to normal.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what caused it.  But is it going to scar?

13 minutes is probably extreme...that's probably what caused it.
