Root Canal's

I have had one root canal so far, and am in need of another.  I have had, in the two years since my first root canal, dizziness and brain fog.  My Endo said my previous root canal looks good on the xray.  BUT, I've read that some people just can't tolerate keeping dead teeth in their mouth and a dead tooth will always have some sort of bacteria growing in it causing symptoms in some people.  Is this true?  How would I know if my root canal is causing issues?  Is it safer to just remove the two teeth and do a dental bridge?  I'm really worried, because there is no other medical reason for my fatigue, brain fog, and dizziness.  I have had MRI's and CT scans and numerous blood tests.  My doc is boiling it down to "hormones".  But, I've read a lot of opinions online about root canals poisoning people.  And, I've also read counter articles stating this is completely untrue.  Thoughts?

I have had a complete work up by my MD, including MRI, SED rate, C Reactive protein, hormone, etc.
The only thing they found was low hormone levels, including very low estrogen.

I have had an endodontist look at my old root canal, and he says they xrays look good.

How would I know if I had a low grade infection from my past root canal?

Thanks so much for your answer.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A clinical examination and work up are necessary for determining the correct cause of your symptoms. Brain fogging could be due to abnormal cranial blood flow or volume, brain abnormalities, Hypoglcaemia, thyroid imbalances, nutrient deficiencies etc.A chronic low-grade infection that may arise from poorly done dental root canal work can also cause brain fogging. It is suggested to consult a primary care physician. He/she will further you to the concerned specialist. A detailed clinical examination and few basic tests like haemogram, fasting and post prandial blood sugars, thyroid hormone test may be advised by your doctor .Other tests and investigations will depend on your clinical examination findings. Please feel free to write to me again with more queries. I sincerely hope,
it helps. Best wishes and regards!
