You are highly likely to lose a tooth by not flossing.

If your teeth are loose, you already have gum disease.  Did the dentist or the hygienist not say this to you and how to properly clean and look after your teeth and gums?

Brushing in the morning and before going to bed at night is sufficient.  As you have gum disease, your dentist should have instructed you to floss once a day, every day.  Yes, there will be bleeding.  But as the gums start to get stronger the bleeding will lessen.

There a little brushes available that come in different thicknesses to be able to get in between each tooth to clean it.

Rinsing your mouth with salty water like Caryopteris suggests is also a good idea.

If you do not look after your gums, your teeth will drop out.  I saw this happen to a work colleague one day when she threw her tooth into the metal bin.

If you have any questions and concerns you should speak with your dentist.  The dentist I see is very much for prevention and refuses to treat anyone until their gum disease has cleared up.

Best wishes.

well first of all thanks for your help :) ofcourse this isnt my first time to go to the dentist but its the first time to get my teeth cleaned, so for brushing teeth and the ibuprofen its ok i can handle that, but when it comes to flossing i can only floss the upper jaw, flossing the lower jaw will just make things worser, i tried that before and it caused in bleeding and in alot of pain also my teeth are very weak so i might risk of losing a tooth while flossing

Are you saying that the first time you went to the dentist was when you were 15?

Rinse your mouth out with warm salt water to aid healing and to get the grit from the paste out.

Brush your teeth three times a day with an extra soft toothbrush.  Floss at least three times a week.

For the discomfort, you may take ibuprofen 400 mg every 4 hours until it passes.

Go to the dentist for a cleaning every six months.
