Something is stuck in my gums and I don't know what it is. I tried the warm salty water treatment and it doesn't work. It's been giving me a headache all day and I can't sleep it hurts so much. I know where the thing is because there is a giant wobbly bump. It made me get a massive headache and I almost tried everything but nothing would work and I think it messed up my permanent tooth. Please help?
