Tongue Numbness

by Tinibop, May 23, 2008 06:58PM
I have been having a problem for almost a year. Everytime I drink alcohol, I wake up with a numb feeling in my tongue the next day. I can talk normally and everything but it just feels weird. The degree of numbness depends on the amount of consumption. I am not a heavy drinker but only drink socially and on ocassion. If it is an allergic reaction, why would I all of a sudden develop it when I have been drinking for years?

This discussion is related to Swollen tongue after alcohol consumption.

I personally do'nt think it's allergy. I guess it's related to dehydration.
