I had a root canal and crown then crown broke off. Now dentist tells me i have two cysts in gums and to have the tooth removed as he believes in wouldn't hold up even with another root canal

You can get a second opinion but, it does sound like you may have to have the tooth removed.

Hi,
I agree.  Cysts that form in the gums can be a real problem.  Most often the tooth must be removed to reach them.

Consider an implant in this case.  They can be quite effective.

GOOD LUCK and let us know how you are.
Best to you,
Gellia
