i had a back tooth removed but i have a lump on my jaw

O had to have a lower back tooth extraction2 days later my mouth is drooping to one side and i have a big lump under my teeth on my jaw/chin. Is this normal?? Is it also normal for the skin around the extracted tooth to turn white and it looks like there's something still in there. Regards to anyone who can help relieve my mind of being terrified
