bad breath

i have been wearing dentures for awhile and the odor coming from my mouth is bad.I find it had to go around people. when i speak with people they used their hand to cover the nose. i have terrible headaches and bad smell from the nose also. i contact my doctor and he told me that its may come from my sinus. i brush and floss everyday. my dentures are old. can i get a dentist who can help me do new one since i have no insurance.
