can we use( lemon oil,sage, vanellia ,mint&liqorice oil)as whitener for teeth? &
if we can  what the mechanism of action of them as whitners?
&what is he recommended dose &frequantly?

Hi,

I would definitely not use those ingredients. The acid in the lemon can have damaging effects to your teeth and severly weaken the enamel. I would try over the counter whitening strips, since they are affordable.
