Hi,
You really need to get to a dentist.  It could be something as simple as your teeth need a thorough cleaning.

Many times plaque will get below the gumline where a tooth brush can't reach.  It will make your gums swell and bleed.
Once your dentist removes it, your gums should go back to normal.

PLEASE get to a dentist.  You can't do this by yourself and to leave it will only start a process you'll wish you hadn't.  Your teeth need a dental evaluation if you want to keep them.  Gumline plaque eventually becomes peridontal disease and you can loose teeth because of bone loss from the bacteria the plaque contains.

Do make that appt. ASAP.  You'll be SO glad you did!

Best to you,
Gellia
