I have visited several dentists but they dont agree what do i have in my tooth...Some say to take my tooth out other say not to do...what is ur diagnosi? Thank you very much in advance

I'm not a dentist. But generally, if the tooth is beyond repair, dentists will usually recommend having it removed. Or if you can't afford the treatment, that's another reason people have their teeth removed. Generally, you want to avoid dentists that only give you one option. Some dentists will push to do everything to save the tooth because they will make more money. Make sure they understand what you are able to afford and present you with alternatives

How loose is that particular tooth you have in the picture?  It looks like there's alot of bone loss around that tooth which would hint to me that its very loose.  If it is, I would recommend removing it as well.  But again, its hard to just base a treatment on the x-ray purely so I feel my opinion shouldn't have as much weight as the other dentists who have actually seen you
