excruiciatibg pain

Is it possible after a slip and fall er said neck sprain, thoracic muscle strain. they did no x-ray of neck or facia area. Since the fall 3 days ago my jaw, chin have started hurting with internitant excruciating pain to upper left gum. I have (very expensive) frontal bridge. could it have been "jarred" loose? Also upper palate feels swolen and tender

Anything is possible with a fall, as we usually don't realize what hit, and how. I would get your head and neck xrayed and see your dentist also.
