it come and go;i got a sharp pain in my lower right side gum.sometimes it hurt for two days or a week and not hurt for month.

Is it possible that you are grinding or clenching your teeth at night? Many times when you do this it can cause extreme pain, esp if you clench more to the one side. It may also explain why it is transient in nature.
A night guard could help this but I urge you to have the area evaluated by your dentist to make sure you don't have a chronic infection or something affecting the nerve.
