The inflammation problem on my gum has started after i had crowns on back lower two teeth. It's been almost a year since it started. Seen many dentists, been on different antibiotics but never worked.. never relieved, not even right after i finished the antibiotics. Got the crowns removed and had rct for several times but the pain is always there on my gum. Sponge like gum, hurts when i touch but the pain is like toothache. The last rct specialist said one tooth had to be extracted and that the other was fine and he extracted the tooth. Its been two weeks but the ''same pain'' is still there and when i visited him a few days ago, he said the closing was fine but the gum was inflammed again.
He says it can be a neurologic pain. I really do not know if any of these are related but i've been having dry eye treatment for a while, have upset stomach and vomit now and then, feel weak and sick, grind teeth while asleep (wearing mp for a few months).. this pain is almost a part of my life, it doesnt get better, it doesnt get worse..if it's a neurolgic pain like he says, what is the treatment? he says the bone right by the extracted tooth has to be filed? what's that for? is there any way to get rid of this pain? what should i think or do? i will so very much appreciate yr help. thanx.
