oral thrush or herpes?? please help me

I had an encounter where I kissed a sex worker for 30 seconds who had no visible signs of hsv but said she experienced fever blisters in the past. I have had thrush since about a week after the encounter, I had tons of anxiety thinking I caught something also I was not eating right and smoking a lot of weed and drinking coffee. I have since been on nystain for a week and a half and changed my diet as well as taking supplements. I noticed my gums are white in many areas of my mouth, under my tongue, cheeks, top of tongue. my lingual tonsils and the large taste buds at the back of my mouth seem to be inflamed but the dr said they were normal. I think I see/feel tiny bumps on the roof of my mouth but the dr said he did not see them when he looked with his drs tool. my thrush is still here and I am becoming increasingly more paranoid that maybe this is a sign of a primary herpes outbreak instead of thrush. I also noticed two very small pimple like things one under my tongue and one on the skin connecting my top lip to my gums both have been there for about 4 days no sign of changing. I cannot tell if my gums are swollen but it is possible. they do not hurt and are not red nor do they bleed. they are white and look different under my tongue then I remember but I could be wrong. is it likely the dr. misdiagnosed me with thrush and this is actually a herpes outbreak? please help I am very worried

so I flossed for the first time in a few months and my gums did bleed a bit in couple spots. also I am colorblind so if they are red I cannot really tell.now I have realized in my gums under one of my wisdom teeth that is 90% in is kinda swollen a bit. is the fatigue and fever supposed to come at the same time as the infection or is it usually a week prior? also should my gums be painful if they are swollen? I also noticed under one of my teeth in the gums I have a small hard feeling whitish bump, any idea what that could be?

Primary hermetic infection usually presents generalized gingivitis, red and swelling gums, fever, fatigue,e.tc.. Your symptomatology is not consistent with herpes infection.
