small raised lump on inner lower lip, no pimple or blister? what could it be?

about 2 weeks ago i noticed a small barely visible somewhat of a bump/lump on my bottom inner lip after brushing my teeth. I didnt remember biting my lip or anything and figured it would lower and go away but it is still here 2 weeks later. I have had a problem with my gums lately where they are bleeding and i believe i have gingivitis, which i have been trying to fight by now flossing, and brushing better and after every meal. I didnt know if it had something to do with that. Its strange because its barely visible and i cant really feel it by putting my finger over it nor really see it if i stretch my lip out and look. i can only see a small redness in the area. I can however feel it if i run my tongue over the spot. this is the only one in my mouth, im hoping its nothing serious, would be nice to have a professional opinion, thanks
