tooth infection ruptures in sinus cavity, is this dangerous. if so how much 1-10 10= worst

Hi there,
I can confirm the exact cause only after a thorough dental examination. Any tooth infection which ruptures into the sinus cavity can lead to serious consequences. It can lead to chronic sinus infection and the infection may invade the pulp of the tooth. The bacteria then travel down the pulp into the jawbone and begin to destroy the jawbone.
