I have a white bump on my tongue. It is very small but is sore when I touch it. It is almost like a tiny pimple. Can you tell me what it is?

It is impossible to diagnosis this without seeing it. It doesn't sound serious but I would have it checked out by an oral surgeon if it doesn't go away in 7 to 10 days.
