Anger & Celexa

I went to the doctor in November of 2007 because of some depression problems and the doctor prescribed Celexa to me. Before the meds, I did have issues with depression and anger. I would get so angry that I would lose sight in my left eye, my blood pressure would rise to a pretty high level and I would sometime get dizzy then pass out. I usually had one of these outbreaks every other day or so, and my parents and grandparents told me that it just runs in the family. Since I've been taking Celexa, I have these outbreaks more on a daily basis and they are more easily brought upon.

My questions are:
- Is the Celexa making it worse in your opinion?
- Why do you think that I have these outbreaks? Is it normal?

No, it is not normal. Let your Dr know it is worse. They will need to keep trying until they find one that works.
