How old are you? Do you have something going on in your life right now (or in the recent past) that is causing stress? Do you have any history of depression? have you seen a doctor for help with depression? If so, when, and what treatment was tried?
If you could answer those few questions, we'll be able to give you some recommendations, as there is a difference between situational depression (feelings of sadness due to life events or losses) and clinical diagnosed depression.
