Depression Medication that does not decrease sex drive

Does anyone know if there is a medication for depression that does not decrease the sex drive?

Yes, it is called Protriptilyne. It will not inhibit your ability to reach orgasm like all other antidepressant do.

Word of caution....Protriptilyne is a great antidepressant, but it is a little energizing and must be taken in the morning. (Not to be confused with Amitriptilyne or Nortriptilyne)

They are all TriCyclics, but Protriptilyne in MUCH different. In fact many doctors know little about it. It is a neurotenergic drug not a Serotenergic drug. This is why it has no sexual side effects such as SSRI's and SNRI's.

I take 15Mgs a day. (thats a lot) you may only need 10Mgs a day.
