Winded?

I fell asleep last night to my fan being on the highest speed possible, and i woke up feeling very dizzy and lightheaded and cold and winded, is there anything i can do to feel better, will this go away by tomorrow?

If this is lingering any amount of time, I would seek medical help. It's difficult to say if this was due to the fan being on you, or if it's something entirely different.

I don't know.  Could you have become a little hypothermic?  ??
If you don't feel better soon you could speak to your doctor.
