Do Bipolar meds make you lose your sex drive?

Because I have no problem getting i the mood I just can't ***, is this a problem for anyone else?

It gets a bit better after the first few weeks, but while on them the problem remains.

No orgasm (do Americans allow that word?)  is worse than depression LOL.  Even if you manage to have one it is not the same, bummer........

Yes most meds of that sort can disrupt your sex drive however you don't have to stop taking them to get it back.  When I was first on the meds I lost my sex drive but once my body got used to them I got it back and whenever they change the meds I lost it again and eventually it came back.  So all you need is some patience and it should be fine!

it,s very common when taking certain medications,i know that when i was taking prozac that i had the same problem.I had no sex drive at all.Once i stopped taking it my sex drive returned to normal and my doctor agreed that it was the meds that were the cause.
