It appears you're suffering from insecurity, so there's that. You also seem to be someone who should recognize strengths where you're seeing weakness -- you should always think about it if someone seems to have a better way of doing things. How else do we get better at things if not by thinking about them? Sometimes the other person will be right, sometimes not, but thinking about things will make you better at everything. Obsessing, on the other hand, won't, so you need to learn the difference, and that's where the insecurity might be coming into the picture.
