I was "angry at the world" for a very long time. I've never taken anything other than
alcohol to treat my anger. About four years ago, I read an article about DHA. I am now taking 2,000mg per day and my depression and my anger have mellowed out and I no longer need alcohol.

One can buy Carlson Super DHA (expensive fish oil) from www.vitacost.com. It should be noted that I tried to save some money by reducing my dosage to 1,500mg per day. After a few days, my rage came back. I am much happier when I take 2,000.

hey...

take a shower, brush your teeth, EAT, and find a counseling center.  there has to be someone to talk to who can help people w/ financial difficulties.  you have to do some investigating!  it would help you a lot though...

wow u sound like me and my bf...he was also very depressed and almost killed himself...when we did argue it was bad..but in the end you have to be gentle and give all the love you have to her and show her how much she means to you....talk to her and ask her to see a doctor...tell her that she doesn't have to take medication or anything..just to see the doctor and find out for herself why u 2 fight so much and if it has anything to do with her mental state...thats what i did with him and now he's amazing.

Pa probably has commnity health centers where you can get some help.Look into it and see about getting into talk therapy. and btw dont take those online tests. Only a professional psychiatrist can properly evaluate what is going on with you.
Good luck

My best advice to you would be to give it time. She is obviously going through a very hard time in her life. And whether or not she says it, she does need you right now. When my mother died, it was very comforting knowing that there were people in my life who cared about me. Just be patient. Good luck

If you are certain that you are depressed, then get help for it. It sound like you both could use some counseling. It doesn't have to be like this. I hope you will take that step.

stop arguing and give her a a hug and rationally discuss the problem(s) like adults.
