I need your opinion about a new PMS and PMDD formula!

Hi everyone, I suffer from PMDD (for 20 years now) and while looking at youtube i foudn this video:

It looks like that's a natural product. Since I've been off my celexa, my PMDD went from manageable to down right horrible. I've even had suicidal thoughts. When I sat down with my pdoc, she explained that SSRI's are used to treat this and quite successfully. I've been diagnosed Bipolar 2 and SSRI's can make a person manic or hypomanic, which is what ended up putting me in hospital. PMDD is actually a mood disorder, I was totally shocked at hearing that. Sure you can add evening primrose oil and omega-3/6/9 basically all the essential fatty acids as compliment to drug therapy, but I really wouldn't suggest as a stand alone treatment, especially since in the US non pharmaceuticals are not regulated. Depression of any kind and PMDD needs to be treated seriously as it's had deadly consequences. If you don't have a pdoc, speak to your GP and see what options there are out for you. I know I have had spironlactone added, as I have too much androgen, and I skipped it for a month, and had a hell period. So food for thought. Keep me posted, I'd like to know what you're thinking of doing. I haven't really talked about my PMDD.
